A B O U T

Each piece featured in the shop is handmade in a small studio in my North Alabama farmhouse in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. My studio looks out over a dirt road on the farm and that's what inspired the name of my shop -- Dirt Road Girls.
After graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Agricultural Economics and a short stint with an agronomy sales company, I realized a "regular" job wasn't the life for me, and Dirt Road Girls began. I started primarily repurposing old leather belts into bracelets with sayings stamped on metal.
Over the years and with the help of YouTube tutorials and supportive friends in the business, I have become a self-taught silversmith and now most of my work features silver and North American Mined Turquoise.
Our one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces are released periodically in small batches. The date/time of each shop update is announced ahead of time via Instagram along with a preview of each item that will be available in the update. You can also receive update info by subscribing to our mailing list.
When I am not at the workbench, I'm either traveling with friends, catching all the live music shows I possibly can, DIYing projects at my farmhouse, slowly  teaching myself to play guitar, or hiking with my precious pup, Nova.
